1. Booking & Payments:
* A signed rental agreement and a 50% deposit are required to secure a booking.
* Full payment must be completed before the start of the rental period.

2. Studio Access & Usage:
* Clients must arrive and exit within their booked time slot, including setup and teardown.
* Overtime will be charged in [$100/hour] increments.
* The space is for photography, video production, and events only—no illegal activities permitted.
3. Guest & Capacity Limit:
* Maximum occupancy is 30 people.
* The client is responsible for ensuring guests follow studio rules.

1. Equipment & Furniture:
* Use studio equipment with care. Any damages will be charged to the renter.
* Return all furniture and props to their original position after use.
* No moving of permanent installations without permission.
* No glitter
2. Damage & Liability:
* Any damage to the studio, furniture, or equipment must be reported immediately.
* The renter assumes full responsibility for their guests' actions.
1. Food & Beverages:
* Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from equipment.
* Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and proper licensing if necessary.
2. Cleanliness:
* Clients must leave the studio in the same condition they found it.
* A cleaning fee of $200 will be applied if the space is left unclean.
1. Fire Safety & Smoke-Free Policy:
* No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio.
* Smoke machines require prior approval.
2. Noise Levels:
* Music and noise must be kept at a reasonable level to respect neighboring spaces.
* Live performances or amplified sound require approval.
3. Pets & Children:
* Pets are not allowed unless they are part of the shoot and pre-approved.
